Meat Loaf

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to suit your taste)
1/3 cup panko or cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk (or enough to be able to form a loaf)
2 Tablespoons - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (to suit your taste)
Mix well, using your hands to get it all incorporated.  

Form into a loaf and put in a greased casserole dish or pan.
Score the top of the loaf in a few places with the handle of a wooden spoon.

Drizzle the following topping over the loaf:
1/4 cup catsup
1 small squirt of mustard
A few drops of Worcestershire 
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
Mix well and spread on top of loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
