Cheese Cake

16 graham crackers, crumbled

1/4 C. sugar

1/4 C. melted butter

Mix the above and press into 9X9 pan

Cream together:

2 eggs

1 t. vanilla

1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 C. sugar

pinch salt 

Pour over crumbs and bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees

(The center needs to jiggle a little when done)

Mix:

1/4 C. sugar

1/2 pint sour cream

1 t. vanilla

Pour over the above and bake 5-8 minutes more.

May top with cherries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.
