Cheesy Potato Soup

6 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 t. parsley flakes
2 chicken bullion cubes or your own seasoning
1 t. salt
Pepper
3 c. milk
4 t. flour
1 lb. cubed processed cheese

Combine vegetables, water, parsley, bullion, salt and pepper
Cover and simmer 15 20 minutes.
Gradually add milk to flour whisking until smooth
Add milk to undrained vegetables and cook, stirring
   until thickened
Add cubed cheese and stir until melted.
